Customer who uses these services are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions herein, where their terms and conditions will be referred to as ONE STOP PARCEL CENTRE POLICY
Responsibilities of OPC
1. All businesses carried out by the OPC are implemented according to the conditions set by the university and OPC will be fully responsible for all matters if it arises.
2. OPC will guard all of the personal information of our customer and will not use it for any means
3. OPC reserves the right to reject any document or goods or goods for any person, firm, company or entity that does not comply with the terms set out and at its sole discretion.
4. OPC reserves the right to examine the goods or documents submitted by their customers to ensure that all such documents or items are in accordance with the prescribed standards.
5. OPC shall not be liable for loss or damage to documents or goods caused by inadequate, inappropriate or defective packaging. OPC shall not be liable for delays in shipping caused by the courier. Customers need to ensure that external conditions are good before completing the process check out.
6. OPC shall not be liable for all or any loss, damages, and expenses arising from a customer's failure to comply with the obligations or because of customer negligence. The Customer hereby undertakes to indemnify OPC against any damages, costs, and expenses resulting from any defects faced by OPC if such goods are prohibited.
7. OPC is only responsible for the loss of damages or loss of documents or goods during OPC’s control (less than one month) except if any special request by user, if such loss or damage is caused by OPC employee neglience. OPC is only responsible for the goods whose forms are completed only.
8. Any claim brought by the customer must be notified to the OPC office in writing and filling out the form within 3 working days from the date of pickup and will not entertain any claim after 3 working days.
9. OPC will only bear damage of RM 100 only for damage to one item or the actual price of the item or whichever is lower. OPC defines the damages as item that is unable to use or loss and has been proved that it is from the OPC negligence. (Please note that item such as camera, lens, printer, laptop, phones or any expensive item should not be posted to OPC)
10. OPC shall not accept and manage goods, documents, and materials that are hazardous, harmful, flammable or explosive materials prohibited by medicines, gold and silver billions, coins, dust, cyanide, precipitates, plants or any other dangerous goods. If the customer sends the goods to OPC, the customer will fully indemnify OPC for all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the item.

1) Delivery price will be at RM 1.00 to all college in UTM except KTF and KRP.
2) Parcel will start deliver at 5.00PM until 7.00PM.
3) We will deliver the parcel according to the information filled by user. Please make sure to bring Matric Card or IC when claiming parcel.
4) Failed delivery will be checked in at OPC and it will be charge accordingly.
*Note that Ezibox will only hold your parcel for 2 days only or else you need to pick it up yourself at Pos laju Bandar Dato Onn. Also, parcel that does not fit in ezibox will be required to claim it at Pos laju Bandar Dato Onn.
